The following terms and conditions are designed to help maintain a high standard of service and the satisfaction of our valued partners. Danné Montague-King Co. and/or DMK Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue trade with any customer that does not agree to or abide by the following terms and conditions.
Ordering, Terms and Payments
Ordering Foundations and Color Online
Because of the inability technology has in displaying correctly and accurately on monitors it is extremely difficult to guarantee the accurately of swatches or color in images online. DMK Cosmetics cannot guarantee color matching online and realizes its impossibility. Other companies give subtle suggestions and have online questions and provide direction, but no one can offer true and exact color matching online.
Our recommendations for color matching is to purchase our palette refills/testers to be able to correctly match you. You can do this by evaluating your own color, and use the series definitions to correctly match the series you fit into. At that point you can purchase the Palettes which come with 5 color foundations and a highlight or purchase a couple of individual refill/testers. This is your choice – there are no refunds on foundations that are opened or have “finger testing marks” Please see the Returns section of the DMKConline website under Customer Service for Returns.
Forms of Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, business checks, certified checks or money orders payable in US funds. We also accept Palpal and all major credit cards when orders are placed online. Business checks are accepted, but we reserve the right to hold the orders until the check has cleared. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Danné Montague King Co.
Delivery: Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 days from receipt of order confirmation approval. Shipping and deliver times for shippers and carriers are different. Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. All USA Domestic orders are sent via United Parcel Service or by USPS. If you have a business account with UPS and would prefer to have shipping billed to your account, please let us know.
Damage and Discrepancies: Notify our office within 3 business days of receipt of order to report any damages. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for damage inspection and claim reimbursement. All original packaging materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.
Shipment Refusals: If an order is returned because it was refused, you will be responsible for the shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. If re-shipped, double-shipping charges will be applied. The restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted for your order total before crediting your account. Please allow 10 days for credit to be issued.
Drop Shipped Items
We do realize the importance for drop-shipping for the professional as well a for gift items. There is a $5.00 additional fee for drop-shipping items. In the order process please specify if you would like to include an additional note to be added to the packing list (Happy Birthday, etc.)
DMK Cosmetics uses UPS, USPS and Federal Express. When placing your order please specify which carrier you would like to deliver your order. We can also bill the freight charges to your carrier account when you provide you carrier account number.
All online orders with a total due of over $100 will receive free freight.
